お客様へ安心・安全な商品をお届けする取り組みの1つとして模倣品対策ラベルを導入し対策を講じています。専用アプリをスマートフォンにインストールした後、商品に貼付されているラベルのQRコードを読み込むことで正規品判定が可能になります。

For consistently providing safe products to customers, UTENA will launch a system for counterfeit product verification. Customers can download a designated application and scan the QR code sticker which is attached on the product package, to verify a genuine product.

模倣品対策ラベルの貼付を終了いたします。
2024年5月頃より順次切り替えを行う予定です。
つきましては、今後はラベルによる正規品の判別はできなくなります。
（ラベルのある商品については、これまでの方法で確認が可能です。）
ラベルの貼付は終了いたしますが、模倣品対策につきましては引き続き徹底して参りますので、ご理解くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

We will discontinue attaching counterfeit verification labels and will gradually transition from May 2024.
It will no longer be possible to verify genuine products by labels.
However, current methods will still be applicable for products with labels.
While ceasing the labeling process, we will continue to thoroughly enforce measures against counterfeiting.

2.アプリを起動し「QRコード判定」をクリックしてください。
Open the application and tap "QR code verification".

3.商品に貼付されている模倣品対策ラベルのシールをめくり中面にあるQRコードを表示された画面で読み込んでください。
Tear off the sticker which is attached on the product package and scan the QR code.

以下の表示がされた場合は、模倣品の可能性がありますのでご注意ください。

Please pay attention that there is a possibility for counterfeit products when the following display shows.

• 判定はシール1枚につき3回まで行うことができます。
• Per a sticker only can be scanned and verified for 3 times.
• 3回以上QRコードを読み込んだ場合も同様な注意表示がされます。
• The same display will show when the QR code is scanned more than 3 times
